Science China Materials: 6,13-Dicyanopentacene for ambipolar charge transport

In a work led by Yonggang Zhen, we show the outstanding, well-balanced ambipolar charge transport of 6,13-dicyanopentacene (DCP)-based micro/nanomaterials, with electron and hole mobilities of up to 0.34 and 0.38 cm2 V−1 s−1, respectively. The work is now published in Science China Materials.

Congratulations to Yonggang Zhen and team!
